Every device follows the same pattern: install a player app, enter your details, let the list load. Only the place you find the app changes.
1. Smart TV
- Open your television's own app store.
- Search for a compatible IPTV player app and install it.
- Launch it and enter the details we emailed you.
- Wait for the list to finish loading — the first time takes longest.
2. Fire TV Stick
- From the Fire TV home screen choose Find and search for your player app.
- Install it, open it, enter your details.
A phone remote app makes typing far less painful than the physical remote — worth installing before you start.
3. Android TV and Google TV
Both use the Google Play Store, so the process is identical: search, install, sign in. Chromecast with Google TV behaves the same way.
4. Phone and tablet
Player apps exist for both Android and iOS. The practical advantage here is copy and paste — enter your details once on the phone rather than typing a long address with a remote control.
5. Computer and TV box
On Windows, macOS and Linux any media player with network streaming support will do. Classic IPTV boxes such as MAG receivers use their own portal menu, where you enter the portal address instead.
When it buffers: the short checklist
- Switch from Wi-Fi to a cable, or move the router closer.
- Restart the router and pause any large downloads.
- Lower the resolution or raise the buffer size in the app's settings.
- Clear the app cache, or reinstall it.
- Check whether it affects one channel or all of them — that single answer tells us where to look.
If it persists, call us rather than experimenting for an hour. Tell us the device and what the screen shows; that usually turns a long exchange into a two-minute fix.
